Terms:

1. Website – internet portal, accessed by internet address www.robolabs.lt;

3. User – any person who has registered on the website (both physical and legal person);
4. Visitor – any person (both physical and legal person) who has not registered on the website, but is browsing it;
5. Services – ROBOLABS provides modern accounting services. The term "Services" means all Services described on the website.
6. Cookie – small text file sent to the devices when someone is browsing on the website;
7. Browser – software used for browsing internet websites or personal computer;

Because ROBOLABS protects the privacy of our customers, this policy sets out in a clear and transparent manner the principles governing the collection, storage and processing of information about visitors and / or users on our website and mobile application.

ROBOLABS lankytojų (naudotojų) duomenys renkami, saugomi ir tvarkomi laikantis Bendrojo asmens duomenų reglamento, Lietuvos Respublikos asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymo, Lietuvos Respublikos elektroninių ryšių įstatymo, kitų susijusių teisės aktų bei kontroliuojančių institucijų nurodymų. Data collection:

• When administering the website and diagnosing malfunctions on the ROBOLABS server, we may use the IP addresses of visitors' computers. • During the trial period, we collect the basic information necessary to identify the user, which you provide when filling out the registration form - email address.

We protect the data we collect about ROBOLABS visitors and service users from loss, misuse and unauthorized use. All ROBOLABS employees have a written commitment not to disclose to third parties or to disclose on-site information about ROBOLABS customers and site visitors in a confidentiality agreement. Processing and sending of data from your web browser to our server is protected by 256 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Servers that handle personal data can only be accessed by individuals authorized by the personal data controller and only through a secure certificate which is additionally password protected.

All passwords of ROBOLABS service users are encrypted. The user undertakes and must keep the password, login and other data of his / her login to the ROBOLABS system.

ROBOLABS shall not transfer personal data to third parties, whether in return for payment or free of charge or otherwise, except as provided below:

• with the consent of the visitor and / or user;
• for the services offered on the website, to authorized third parties who process personal data on behalf of ROBOLABS for purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, such as bank payments and other accounting related activities;
• law enforcement agencies in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
• if it is necessary to prevent or investigate criminal offenses.

Direct marketing

ROBOLABS processes your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing in the following cases:

• when it receives your explicit consent for such data processing (the basis of data processing is your consent, which you provide by entering your e-mail in the user card on our Portal, by logging into the portal or in another way);
• when you are a RoboLabs customer who has not expressed an objection to processing your data for direct marketing purposes, marketing of similar services (the basis of data processing is the legitimate interest of RoboLabs to inform its customers about the services offered).

For the purpose of direct marketing, we process your personal data: name, e-mail address, telephone number.

If you choose not to provide your personal data, we will not be able to inform you about news.

your personal data may be processed for direct marketing purposes in the following ways:

• you can receive a newsletter with our offers and news in the field of our services and accounting by e-mail;
• you can receive invitations to events and similar information via email;
• we can contact you by phone when inviting you to an event relevant to you.

We inform you that you can opt out of our newsletters at any time. You can do this by contacting us by e-mail. by mail at hello@robolabs.lt or by clicking the opt-out link in the newsletter.

We collect statistical information about sent newsletters: we monitor whether you read the newsletter, when and how many times you read or opened it, whether you forwarded it to others, what operating system and email address. mail server (its location) you used.

We store and process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, in compliance with legal requirements or until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or withdraw your consent.

Your rights:

• To contact ROBOLABS with request to provide information about your personal data processing upon presentation of personal identification document;
• To contact ROBOLABS with request to correct physical or legal person's data and (or) terminate actions regarding processing of such person's data, other than storage, in the event that, having access to your personal data, you determine that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or not full;
• To contact ROBOLABS with request of destruction of, or suspension of, the processing of such personal data, other than storage, in the event that, having access to your personal data, you determine that the personal data is being processed illegally or fraudulently;
• Do not consent to the processing of your personal data when such data is being processed or intended for direct marketing purposes or for the legitimate interest pursued by ROBOLABS.
